I am myself and im very proud that a game of this caliber was made in my little country. :)
The question might be a worthless one but i just have to know if im alone or not.

Hehe cool. Yeah from what ive heard there is only 10 DM maps with the game. And what im really waiting for is a CTF mod by someone. I cant wait to get into this game and start some multiplayer fragging. :)
And last night, as i was opening the box, i saw it said SS: The First Encounter. There better be a Second Encounter. Heres hoping for the best. :)

I've read on croteam forum that you FedEx delivered. Are you aware that you own the first copy of Serious Sam in Croatia?

Even Alen doesn't have one.

Well, being here in the USA I would like to say as Croatians you have a lot to be proud of.  Considering the environment of your country in the last several years and the nature of Croteam and how they built a game from the ground up is really a great accomplishment.  

I think the $20 price tag will give this title some success here in the States.  Tribes is an excellent example of a budget title that became a huge hit from a little known developer at the time.

Anyway, I'm not even Croatian and I'm proud of Croteam =).

Im probably gonna end up buying Tribes 2 but look at its price. $50 on ebworld! Thats just a bit too steep in my opinion. There is no way that Tribes 2 is worth 2 1/2 SSs. :)

Actualy, I'm pissed at EBgames.com 'cause I got the game (which I preordered over a month ago) AFTER it hit the shelves! Argh...

I SAW it on the shelf in EB store here, and just ...humph.

Oh well. Instead of Wed. I started playing it on Thursday morning. I guess comparing to people over in Europe, it;s still good, ;) (3/22/01)
Map editor seems more complicated then ProEngineer ;), but nothing to worry about. A month or so should do it!

Hello fellow Croats! Yes, it's me, the news-boy. I haven't been too active since the new forums popped-up. I realy don't know why, and I can't figure it out. :) I stil haven't pre-order my copy, cause I'm waiting for the localised version to hit the shelves here in Croatia. Although I prefer english, since this is the first REAL game from Croatia, I just want something else, something new, something refreshing on my monitor. That's one thing SS (on croatian) surely is. I just not happy with not beeing able to put the "@" in my name. Well, you can't have it all, can you? Take care guys, you'll see me around for sure.

I don't think that will be necesary. All people who are posting here speak english very well. We managed to come this far, and for me personaly, it's not a problem. And I'm also feeling better when I'm aware that people who come here from all around the world can read what I have to say.
