As many ppl as I've asked and as many forums as I've read about this subject the word seems to be that no one has the right answer if they have never had any trouble or haven't even tried to kick a troublemaker from your server. Here are the facts: To use the client number to kick, you can use:
/NetworkInfo() or /PlayerList() Ok, this part works, it lists all the info I need and from what I've been told, you can use the player name as well.
So, I host a game, not a dedicated server mind you. When a player comes in that I want to kick, I pull down the console and type in the command:
/Kick(client number/or name,"reason") I've been told this works and have talked to many ppl that also say that it doesn't do anything. Before you reply, I've also tried the LoadCommands() before, the kick command seems to be entering because any command you enter incorrectly gives you an error, this is known. After I enter this command, is there something I need to do after, activating it? I don't seem to be the only one with this problem and the forums all say the same thing. This is the correct usuage for SSFE right? If theres anyone out there that has a new thought on this or even a different twist, please tell this frustrated Sammer, why I can enter any code I try except this one? *lol* Thanks in advance-D*
