If you test a level in the editor, at which difficulty level are you testing it? I guess it's Normal difficulty level. So is there an option that I can test the level in the Editor on other difficulty levels (like Easy and Hard). I know you can play around with the spawn flags to decide if an entity will exist in a difficulty level or not, but I'd like to be able to test this in the editor. I have looked around in the menu and on the toolbars, but I haven't found anything like 'Select Level For Testing'...

Does anybody know how to do this, or is this not possible in the Editor?

Thanks in advance,

Carl

I never tried it but maybe it had something to do with the player you are currently playing with and the difficulty you are playing with, but i'm not sure

From ShellSymbols.txt:

gam_iQuickStartDifficulty:
-
Difficulty level for testgame in SeriousEditor:
0 = easy
1 = normal
2 = hard
3 = serious
-
$

Type this command in the console through the editor (Ctrl+L) before going into game mode.
