here's what i have to say about it.
1. sweeeeeeeeeetalicious
2. why can't the people you'r protectingcarry guns? their lying all over the place, are they physically unable to bend down and pick one up?
3. after a full day and a half of non-stop playing, i'm feeling a sence of dissorientation. that's how good this game is.
4. dude, not only can you jump into a spaceship and take off, but you can actually walk around the ship in mid-flight! how cool is that!
well, now i'm gonna end this message to get something to eat. i think i'll get some dominoes. mmmmm...pizza.
this game kicks ass!

I heard about it, it sounds like a lot of action. You can go and fly in your space ship immediately, but I heard flying is just like walking around.
It sounds like a cool game.

diego: it is not like walking around! it's like starwars starfighter. 'cept you can use the D-pad to strafe like in starlancer, Tachyon, and Freespace. the coolest thin is that you can jump into an enimy dropship, walk into the cockpit, shoot the pilot in the face, and take over the controls! doesn't that sound like fun?
also, anyone who gets it, heres a list of glitches you should watch out for.
1. on the last level, Face Off, there's this big ass room with a spinning thing. you have to run across it, after that you go into a small transition room, once i got across and entered the roon after that, i stopped at the door opposite the one i entered, i was on the left-hand side of the door(it would be left as if you were faceing the door), then it started loading. after the loading i fell though the floor and off the map. so, don't do what i did.
2. funny thing. sometimes when you kill an enimy, they don't fall down. they just either float in mid-air, or stand there like a statue. and you can walk right thru them.
that's all i got.
in anycase, i finnished it, and i got soo many great ideas for a game i'm trying to flesh out. i only wish there was a multiplayer mode. with utterly massive levels with armed dropships and fighters...
btw, the reason i love this game so mutch is because it combines my two favorite genres. FPS and flight Sim.

I was looking forward to this game back when it was an Xbox only title. Now after doing multiplatforming, I'm still peaked in this game. What verison do you have Ed? And those glitches sound like something to just shake off and keep playing.

It's a bounty hunter game, you're a main character who has been framed for murder of your former corp members on assignment and it's 10 years later after your term as a prisoner. Time to pick up your side arm, jump in your ship and hunt down the bastards that put you in the slammer.

okay, i've been playing this constantly for te passed fe days, and here's my review.
like all cross-genre games i love, this one does a great job. the story is rather good, the writing needs work, and the plot suffers. like, in one level, your boys are pinned down by a dropship. you have to jump into the thing and take control of it to save your boys. my question is, why do you automatically land and not just swing down and pick up your boys, then fly to your destination? that's what i would do. no to mentin the fact that even though your ship is equipped with a vulcan gun, and even though you can fire it while your inside a colony, you never get the chance to use it on your enimies. the second you get to the landing rings, your ship goes on auto-pilot. that doesn't seem very smart when your in a hostile area, and the second you take a step onto the exit ramp you have at least fifteen guns pointed at you. also, your ship can carry eight more people. you very often have to take on alot of hostiles. is mace the only bounty hunter in the universe?
final report:
game too short
game doesn't exploit many weapons and situations
all in all, game is awsome, but could(and should) be better.

I've read the score review of Mace Griffin from GMR magazine and it gives it a 6 out of 10 which isn't bad. I'll take my chances and rent the game and see if it fits my taste.
