I just read that SS++ doesn't work with the new patch, except it is a little too late, since I already installed the new patch. Is there a way to 'uninstall' the patch, since I don't really need it that much. Cause since this happened, I can't open my map I've been working for weeks on, and I don't want to start over! Any help!

You gotta wait for SS++ to be upgraded :( Iirion Claus needs to wait for the new sdk.

I'm afraid that's true :( You might want to completely reinstall Serious Sam, then apply the v1.02 patch (though I've no clue where you can find it) and then reinstall SS++. Since only the next revision of SS++ will support the new patch, it'll take at least two weeks till I release it.

Just my luck, I kept both the newest version of SS++ and patch 1.02 on my hard drive. Hope it works, if it doesn't, I'll come back for you Irion :). I really want to work more on my map, but I can't! :(

Just work on the map in regular Sam until Irion can get an update out. You won't be able to test everything correctly but the editor seems to accept the maps anyway.

No it can't, cause I put in a potion of regeneration in the map, and so normal editor rejects it and won't let me open it. Oh and Irion, reinstalling it didn't work :(. I guess my map will have to be delayed...

Oi..... I'll try to release the next revision ASAP.

Iirion (I just now realised I've been spelling it wrong all this time, lol), couldn't you just make a custom package that ONLY contained the DLL files with updated information, so all we had to do is copy those DLL's and overwrite the older ones? Cause it just looks like the problem is in the DLL's not the whole mod. Except I don't know how long that would take, since I am not a programmer myself.

I can't do that. I started working on several new additions when the new patch was released. Although I updated the code to the new version, there are a lot of half-done features inside, and releasing the mod like that will be a bit... Unprofessional.

I'm working on it full throttle though, with a bit of luck and fortitude I'll release it by the end of this week.

All right, that's good... I'm in not too much of a hurry to get my map done though. I have lots of other projects I need to work on...
