I need some help with the GRO files!!!I know what they are (.ZIP) (I'm not a beginner!).

I know how to create one and even worked but only in my Serious Sam folder. I want to put my GRO files inside my mod folder (Mods/MyMod/) but it seems that the game doesn't read the files in them!! :bawling: (I have also rechecked the folders and they are without mods/mymod/ at start, of course). What am i doing wrong? I saw that the Seriously Warped Deathmatch mod has 2 GRO files inside of it's folder and are read properly by the game!!

-PLEASE HELP!! (I have Second Encounter)

just put the GRO files in your sam folder... it works then. If it aint broke, dont fix it!

also, why do people seem to post stuff like this in OT all the time??
keep stuff liek this in the sam forums!

Again, just put the essential GRO files in the main Serious Sam folder. That's the directory where it should belong so it can be detectable in the menu. Considering that the game will simply read it. It's not that hard. ;)

Well, it should work in mod folders too, seeing as the game is able to use them as a base for other files like dlls etc when started with the +game parametre.
Make sure you have the paths right in it, i.e. not a file in it with a path like mod\modname\levels\levelsmp\ for example, when it's already in the mod dir.
