ok i no how to use spikes effectivly and how to get the sectoring right but, i cant seem to make a moving wall of spikes work i parent the model to the moving brush and split the sectors but the sector doesnt kill me teh wall ends up doing it. can any1 shead any light onto this ? :please:

Try to create a touch field around the spikes, and target must be a damager type "Spike Stab". Then parent the touch field to the moving brush or spikes.

Touch fields only work if the player moves into them, not if the TF moves into the player.
Actually I did such a thing before, you could probably just mess with the sectoring to get it working, or you could use lots of WatchPlayers with a small radius parented to the MB triggering the damager.

Croteam has a moving spikewall in i think one of the Babylon SE levels. you could check that out.
