Looking good, just give it a more bevelled barrel, guns arenīt that flat
Else it looks very promising
well it is wtil wip.
what i have to do:
finish the handle
add a trigger
separate the laser and compressor (basically laser and silencer)
finish up the clip (no images of this yet)
flesh out the model (turn it from a 2d extruded one to an actual 3d model =)

I think that "flesh out the model" part is actually the longest bit.
i would dissagree completely
if you see the concept image you'd know why
getting the cuts right on the laser/decompressor is going to SUCK MAJOR ASS!!!!

as you can see, i have to finish the hanlde, add the 1st clip, finish up the 2nd clip, cut up the laser and decompressor *groaaaaaan*, flesh it out, and yadayadayada. then i have to SKIN, ANIMATE, and HAND the model too
oh hell so much work
edit: btw, did i mention that, to promote quick and effective learning of the tools, i will only be using one object for this model unless absolutely necessary :) yeah, now how proud am i

what's left:
fixing up the handle
making it 3d
laser/suppressor
as for the laer and suppressor, i plan to spli the file and continue down 2 roads: one with and one without
Ah, now I see what became of the pistol you first showed in the torso thread. Much cooler now that I see that it was just the barrel to start.

how would the two clip design work?
there's a fire mode switch on the 'right' side.
in automatic mode, the twoclips fire one after the other 12121212. in semi, only the handle clip fires, to increase accuracy and conserve ammo 1 1 1 1.
this mod will be wicked
