Looks good to me. I'm not that far along in modeling yet.
You are going to round him off a bit on arms, legs,
torso? Keep up the good work.

maybe this is explained by the "large male" label, but I would say that the proportions are a bit off, width to height-wise...

Also, the arms seem to be too bumpy, with a less gradual curve in the forearm and maybe a too long upper arm/bicep area in general (when compared to the length of the forearm). i think that the reason for this is the addition of the shoulder muscles as a part of the arm, when it may look better to have them be over the top only so that they dont add to the total length of the arm. that way the ratio of upper to lower arm can be 1:1 from the shoulder itself, rather than the muscle.

That would solve what I see as a "compressed" appendage :)

More suggestions, sorry :)

I dont model or pretend to, but i can offer unsolicited opinions damn well :D

the top of the shoulders seem too flat to me instead of rounding over the top and in the collar-bone region. In fact, if you were to round the shoulder, *adding the shloulder muscle that I thought in the above post was throwing off the arms may be easier and more natural looking than the current solution...

I hope i'm not going overboard, modelling is something i could never really get the hang of... i did some skinning, but that was about it.

Cincinnatus: donīt worry, any comment is a good comment.
Iīm a guy that wants to get bad comments because then I can improve my skills. Thanks for the tips, I used all of them.

this has been addressed with vagabond's serious samantha model (which i'm really looking forward too)
it looks as if he's bending forward, on quite a steep angle. i suggest you go out and buy an anatomy book, or perhaps, just look at your own profile in a mirror as you stand at reast, this will give you a better idea of how the upper body aligns with the hips.

remember - your head looks like a ball, but when you see xrays of it, it's really just a watermellon on a toothpick..

Well that certainly is an improvement, you already fixed most of the things i posted in response to your other post in the modeling forum but there are still a few things to fix but it does look much better.

Chest is maybe still a little too deep hard to tell frorm the angle though, his legs are WAY too short now though, looks like a dwarf becasue of it and he tapers too much at the waist and thats why the legs are too small and short.

Read my comments in the modeling forum and for the love of god dont make it half smooth shaded and half flat shaded! use another program to render if you have to but dont make it look like that.

i like the improvements.... one more suggestion for the arms is (unless he is wearing a jacket or something) to make the bottom of the forearm go smoothly into the wrist.... if he is wearing a jacket ignore that last one.

Also, make the legs longer... on me, my legs are about a 1 and 1/3 the length of my torso. right now it seems like kind of a midget or dwarfish shape because of the squat legs.

I tested the q3 manga tutorial and itīs the best tutorial I have ever seen on low polys and I proud that I work my model simulate to Zero-Cartin

And I forgot to tell you guys that Im not aiming for realism, this guy is supose to be a huge "Hulk" kinda guys with stupid looking muscles poping out everywhere ;)

ok, but even then the muscle on the underside of the forarm are farther back.... the way it is now seems to imply a sleeve :)
