Dual Textures

Hello... anothger question for a level of mine.
How to get a texture like the eye of ra about another texture. I looked it up at luxor, but when I flag the "cl... U/V" the texture disappears. What am I Doing wrong?

Press CTRL+K and CTRL+SHIFT+K to center the texture to the upper left corner of the polygon.
