OK I made a terrain map and a shadow map and I know you make the terrain and then somehow you have to put the shadow map for the terrain on the ceiling and then get it to reflect on the terrain so the terrain doesn't look all skrewed up. How do you get it to reflect from the ceiling to the terrain?

yeah don't you put the terrain's shadow map on the the ceiling like in Return to Moon Mountains1. How else are you suposed to put the shadow map on the terrain with out it being skrewed up. If you just put the shadow map directly as a texture on the terrain it will be all trainglar and messed up.
I'm trying to make the terrain like you have in your tutorial.

Once you have the topmap/shadowedterrain onto the overhead polygon, hover your mouse over it and press 'm', to copy the polygon mapping values, and 'ctrl+c' to copy texture itself.
Select all your terrain polygons, hover your mouse over it, and press 'ctrl+v' to paste the texture itself (it will still be weird like you've done before), and then press 'u' while still hovering, to paste the mapping values that we got before.
