BTBA v1.02

CAD Creations has released the second patch for BTBA adding the much sought after dedicated server support as well as a new plane.

Changes from v1.01 to v1.02
--------------------------

-New airplane, Spitfire
-Balance tweaks for all weapons
-Player now runs faster with some weapons
-Fixed dedicated server problems, check SS/Mods/Btba2/Bin and use the bats for starting a server
-Fixed demo playback (note: demo recording must be started when still in waiting mode)
-Fixed LOD problems caused by sniping
-Fixed another sector check bug
-Fixed crashes in waiting mode when a player leaves and another joins
-Removed apparently laggy menu background
-New stuff in Kitchen A10
-Small fixes in other maps
-Other small fixes
