^ I was already at 3/4 of the game when I realized what was going on. I took the girl at the start of the game, and the moment she died... I just paused for a moment in disbelief. It wasn't sadness, and I continued walking further, but it left a mark on both him and me. I can't say I was really sad when he died either, it was more of a sense of... I accomplished the task. And even though I should have felt sad, somehow I didn't regret going through the life.
Didn't realize that there were treasure until I read it on Rock, Paper, Shotgun.

How sad, for a little pixelated game, but the explanation he gives, is freaking deep, especially for a guy who is just now turning 30.
Strange, and yet awesome, how so much meaning, went into, and can be seen, in such a simplistic little low-res game.
