Default I can't Boot

I have a little problem, folks. I had installed all kinds of Operating Systems to my computers using the Boot option, but this time I can't Boot.
I have original Windows 7 Ultimate DVD, so of course, it is bootable. So I restart my laptop, select to boot from my DVD Drive after pressing the F11 key and then a blank screen shows up, stays for a while and doesn't display the "Press any key to boot" writing.
I restart, go to the BIOS to configure my Boot options, and when I go to the list of boot device priorities, I set up:
1. DVD Drive,
2. My HDD,
3. USB Flash Drive,
4. Network.

It's a good configuration for the Boot, but the only problem is I see a writing on the right side, which says "A Device enclosed in Parenthesis has been disabled in the corresponding type menu." The devices I've set up ARE enclosed in Parenthesis." So where can I find the "corresponding type menu" exactly to enable the devices?

All I want is to Boot, delete the partitions (format), create new ones, and install Windows 7 into one of them = clean install, not by simply running the setup file from the DVD and being unable to format.

Well from what you're telling us here, I would deduce that the DVD drive is somehow disabled in the BIOS settings... But that sounds silly, I'm guessing you can use the DVD drive just fine in windows, right?

I guess there should be a menu somewhere that controls the DVD drive, but right now I have no idea what it should be called. Your best bet would probably be to check your motherboard's manual.

You could try setting option 3. and 4. to Disabled so you only boot from the DVD drive or HDD... (Although I wouldn't think it ever reaches 3. and 4. since it boots from the HDD first.)

Another option would be to reset the BIOS to Default Settings and manually set bootsettings to 1. DVD, 2. HDD afterwards. Unless you have some special configurations going, resetting everything to default shouldn't have any consequences.

E_V is right.
Switch off the other 2, and set dvd as # 1 in boot order.
If that doesnt work, see if you can borrow a usb dvd drive, and use that instead.
All you should have to do is boot from the win7 dvd, and run a repair.
That way, you dont have to re-install win7.
Then, when you can boot into win7, use easeus partition manager (free) to delete all of the other partitions that you want to delete.

EDIT:
Also, whenever you dual/triple/quad boot, use a boot manager.
You can take snapshots of the mbr/partition table, and can restore them if anything like this happens again.
Very good insurance against mishaps.

Yes, everything works, but I think that the Boot from all devices has been somehow disabled and I have no idea how to turn it on. "Corresponding type menu" - I've looked all over BIOS for options to enable the devices, but there are only few menus anyway. I can set the boot order, but what difference does it make if the devices enclosed in parenthesis are disabled?

There must be a way to enable them, that's all I want. Then I could boot from the DVD.
Ah yes, and I also tried an USB Flash. First I formatted it, copied all Windows setup files into it and selected to boot from USB. It didn't work, no message either.

IIRC, you need to make the usb drive bootable to be able to boot from it.
There are numerous site that tell you how to do it (and most have a batch file you run that does it for you).

You may also need to enable USB Legacy devices in bios.
