Exclamation Problem with the GUI Server HD: TSE

Hi all. I would like to host a dedicated server on Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter. I tried downloading the tool from Steam for dedicated servers and Server GUI Serious Sam HD, and after following the instructions on the use of this and have started my own dedicated server, I realized that I can access it just me, because other players are not on the list and if I invite them manually found the message "the server is not responding.". I also tried to open the doors of my router 27015 and 27016 (as written in the readme.txt of dedicated servers) and even disable the firewall of my router and the Windows, but I could not solve my problem. The problem could be the fact that I have a dynamic and not static IP? And in the case where the problem is that, you might tell me step by step how to act? Sorry for my bad English, I hope you will be able to help me. If the place is the last log. Thank you.

Isn't the server gui is made by someone who is on this forum? You should try writing a PM to him.

His problem has most likely nothing to do with my server launcher, but either his router, Steam, or the dedicated server itself.

Are you sure that in your router port 27015 is forwarded to the correct IP and TCP? 27016 needs to be UDP.
