Hallo there.

I found lot of information how change enemy´s texture or weapon.
I want create negative Sam Stone. I can change Santa´s texture to sam stone and change Sam´s texture to black. I saw in model editor list of animations and the Santa have "body fire". So create deadly Negative Sam Stone must be possible.

But I can only change existing weapon and Santa havent weapon...
I create new attack, new children holder. But it didnt help.

So, how can I add new children holder for enemies?

im uh... what? im lost,you want to reskin sam and for that you need santa textures and have some animations and a gun? wait what?

I am sorry for my English.

I want try create new enemies. One from enemies will be Sam Stone with black T-shirt and for example granade launcher.

I dropped santa and give him colt (entity-puppet params-model-children holder-children-0-model instance-model = > Colt_ForItem.mdl) But he didnt use it.

What I must do? :/

Children Holder is just for adding additional models to the base model. What you need to do is create an Attack for it, which is not located inside the Model, but a Puppet file. Use the Legged Puppet entity.

Btw, do you have Serious Sam 2, by any chance?

Now, santa using colt lik player, but he still dont shooting.
I create behavior areas - AttackFar-Action(shoot).. I create Tool etc, but it doesnt work.

Where is Legged Puppet Entity?
I have Serious sam HD TFE, Serious Sam HD TSE, Serious Sam 3 BFE and serious Editor 3.0

Inside this you find the help file for Serious Editor 2. While many things have changes since SS2, the current editors (3 and 3.5) are based on this one, so this help file might prove useful to teach you some of the basics about the editors.

Players, who download custom map with new enemies, they must have downloaded the new enemies... I hope it isnt true

You need to provide every custom resource with the map you make, otherwise it won't work for others.

In help I cant find how create roads... I can create terrain and reduce size polygons. After them I delete unnecessary polygons and I have road. But I think it is unnecessary.. Is there another method?

I dont know how pait texture.. But it is ok. I found own method. I will use with paint displace negative Y axis and under ground I will create second terrain. But THX for help.

Hallo. My test santa have all what I need. He have shooting animation too, but what is problém... He shoting like shooter without ammo... He only wave with pistol and dont shooting. What I must do?

Hmm, creating new attack is too much intricate ? Now I working with SSHD. After that I will work with SS3.

No, creating a new attack is easy. The problem if the animation doesn't have a specific attack command inside it. As it is SSHD, it can't be changed.

If the basic animations don't have a shoot event in their animations, then it won't attack, no matter what you're doing.

Now I have bigger problém. Serious editor dont work and what is worse.. Serious sam TSE dont work too. I open serious sam (steam - Inferiallus playing Serious sam) and after 5 second Inferiallus is online.
