Portland Area Meetup

Hello my friends.

Some of you may know that besides hosting major clambakes and promoting questionable communities most people probably don't want to join, I also like to meet up with members of the Serious Community from time to time.

The alchemy of the next meeting in the Portland area has already begun!

Let me know in this thread if you are interested in joining us in or around Portland in the near future at a date to be announced.

This will be a friendly gathering with no clear orchestrated purpose other than socializing.

I'd really love to, but I don't think I can. My current geological location is about 5,000 miles from Portland as the crow flies.

Heh... yeah. I probably should've mentioned, out of the active members of this forum, very few are located in the US. Gone are the old days where there was a pretty even split of US members and non-US members. Of the somewhat active members on this forum, I can only think of myself, Louva Deus, Dave3D, and Thee Goat Pig as living in the US. Of all of those members, I'm the only one located in the Pacific Northwest. But who knows, maybe someone will show up

Obviously I am up for any meetup... we may just have to resort to other social media avenues to recruit some older members that no longer visit.
