![]() Serious Sam 2 Advanced Beta
Project CANCELED This is the beta version of Serious Sam 2 Advanced,it will be not updated. Updates will be released after the Serious Sam 2 Advanced Mod release. Beta modifies the first campaign of Serious Sam 2,maps tested on normal difficult. Gro file was not checked,so inform me about the problems,if you will have them.The gro file will immediately include missing files after informing me about the problems. Serious Sam 2 Advanced Beta includes some new enemies: -Beheaded Rocketeer (SS 3 Model) -Beheaded Kamikaze (SS 3 Model) -Beheaded Bomber (SS 3 Model) -Beheaded Fire Cracker (SS 3 Model) -BioMechanoid Floater (SS 3 Model) -Reptiloid Green -Khnum -Zorg Soldier -Zorg Commander The Serious Sam 2 Rocket Launcher is replaced with The SS 3 Rocket Launcher and the Serious Sam 2 Cannon is replaced with the SS 3 Cannon. All items have now new alive effects,you can see how they look on the third site of my showcase. Special thanks to: -Noam,for recreating the Khnum model and giving him Albino's skeleton and animations -Buddha Master for recreating the Reptiloid model,reanimating him and making the skeleton. Im not posting it on the Serious Sam 2 Advanced Thread because i dont want to multipost so much.Put the Gro files to your Serious Sam 2 folder. ![]() Found only 2 things http://i.imgur.com/Lio8dSQ.jpg , in the Last Arena of Inside_Temple no Enemies spawning. In the first Arena of CitySuburbs, Enemies like ScorpSoldier_Red & SpiderMech_Mum have to move enough not space around themselves or does not react. |

![]() You did something wrong, the structure of your Custom Maps folders should look so
X:\Progam Files\Serious Sam2\Content\Levels inside there is the folder with the Episode, for your Example 01_M'Digbo X:\Progam Files\Serious Sam2\Content\Levels\01_M'Digbo (inside there lies your map) your map & .nfo file should be named for example 1_1 Mapname pics , taken from 7Zip http://www.sendspace.com/filegroup/Z...%2Bm9cVKQJ4r5w |

![]() I tested my map,i delete my files with music and this... . I see on you picture gnaarwarian that you cant load the music - it must be in the serious sam 2 folder where are gro files.But map dont work i see because its the quotes problem,i delete this and that makes the enemies dont spawn.I repairing it now.Remember the music files

![]() I play SS2 modded with http://www.moddb.com/mods/serious-sam-2-overdose + a few custom things.
A few Tipps for Music using: 1. Music comes always into the Music folder, example X:\Progam Files\Serious Sam2\Content\Music Here is a preconfigured .gro for using, you can just erase and add things with 7Zip http://www.7-zip.org/ http://www.sendspace.com/file/2ljhjv 2. Do Music selection via WorldInfo its much easier. All music tracks must be .ogg Here a few pics http://imgur.com/heeVou1,fcRBY4Y A little criticism for Fogy City 1. Enemy placing needs better timing You see there Helicopters got Moving Troubles and T-Rexxs killing each other http://imgur.com/y7OyK0S,ISbxgF2,YTBBtR5,lv9lGDn#0 2. The Boss Fight wasn't good http://imgur.com/xgjg8EF,q13LlCC,q4GJQij 3. You said the maps are SP maps, but there is no story inside. ![]() "Fogy City" was my 2 custom map,so i had litle problems.Im will make maps better,thank for you critic.Now im working at a custom campaign "Water Canyons" with about 5-6 levels,and i make here a type of story,wich will say how we get here and so... . The 'Fogy City" in this campaign will be as "Green Valley",i will remake my bad things (here will not be boss),and there will be no fog
