Or how do I even download games Via steam then? If that's the question, I bring my laptop in and get internet, but it's a real burden I don't like doing often.

Though the only mod I wanna keep is the sidekick NPC mod, I didn't die while testing several times because of Utsuho Reiuji.

I found that I could just turn on the "Invulnerable" net-flag and no one could kill me, but I think i'll still keep the sidekick NPC.

Also the forth chapter is almost done, I've just learned so much in lua in this short time, also I found that an infinite faultily can be pulled on an headman if you give him the khnum puppet type

Done with chapter 4, working on chapter 5 now, plan on doing one more chapter and a boss fight.

Chapter 4 is rather long, also I had to add coop-support to it as plasma walls would have blocked off the players, the whole map is coop-supported (As long as one players reaches the end of the chapter all others are teleported to the next chapter)

Furthermore, I do look forward to seeing what our 3 other contestants have created, I know Devostator created something grand, but of the others? I guess we'll see in due time

EDIT: I'd also like to say that I'm trying to keep the filesize down, after a few compression methods I should have a max-compressed file size of about 6-7 MB

That's like, the smallest amount of MB I'd have ever seen for a campaign map if it comes out. I almost always reach over 40MB, be it be survival or campaign, but it's mainly the sound and music files.

Hmm, if the game can read full-compressed gro files, then that can be really handy.

Sound files are a bitch to compress, I had this wave that was 12MB, but using Audacity I lowered the bit-rate and exported it as ogg; it's now 1.5MB. I stil lhave to see if SS3 will allow it.

Well, I get tired of downloading stuff that's always 20MB or larger, what ever happened to the days when a full SS1 campaign was 8MB? (Anyone remember "Save the Nation", or maybe, PORTALS?)
I know that SS3 is a full HD title, so keeping file-sizes small won't to easy, but hell, it's an art if you can pull it off.

And yeah. Large textures in SS3 can be 14MB per file, and Lightmaps can be 40-100MB, so yeah, it's hard to do that in SS3.

Croteam still keeps their games small (compressed is a better word), SS3 was about 4.5 GB and borderlands is 12GB (7 With out DLC)

Kinda strange Borderlands 2 is SMALLER (10GB) then Borderlands 1.
