![]() Sorta. You get to learn them while composing, all you need is a good ear. For example you'll see if this note is compatible to the previous note, or to the major/minor key, or to the chord. You don't have to follow strictly these rules because irregular ones can be better, like blues ore those found in modern classical music.

![]() Hell yeah you can, if you have some experience and a feeling for melody. Music theory allows you to understand why something sounds good, but you should be able to make something without it. But without formal training I guess it's a lot more guesswork and practice to get it right.

![]() Surprisingly I just saw that video a month ago as well hillarious! I was like wow ... Windows XP sounds.. Actually I still own Windows XP...
But back to the showcase that remixed music for SS Advanced remake sounds pretty cool as well nice job with that! I too have remixed some Serious Sam songs but they don't sound 100% though they're alright but not that good. But great job with that remix as well! ![]() |

still, new stuff agen ofc. Ma Patreon, making one in case, including another new track in the posts. Checket plis. Another thing... Of course I've been doing Sam related stuff with AdvanceRemake project. 4 maps have been ported fully to Classic SE and a fifth is in progress. One more level to make brand new then there'll be the repolishing of everything. I myself have to say sorry if the development has been too long, involving personal problems like health and education, but I persist for it to finish. Sneak peeks: ![]() Porting. ![]() What happens when you combine genres as chiptune, synthwave, EDM and a hint of rock? Well, I can't really tell, but throughout many months of making music I tried to experiment with these genres, and you might see it from the tracks I made till now. The Sentinel is a reoptimization and finalization of the best of them and then put into an album with a quite suggesting artwork, including originals, remixes and brand new tracks. Also, about Advance Remake, we're still working on it although really slowly because we don't have enough free time at the moment. The last level is in development while the others are going through a phase of revision and debugging.
