Default Wanting to Learn how to Convert Weapons and Enemies

I would like to convert the weapons and enemies from Serious Sam the Second Encounter, (Serious Engine 1) over to Serious Sam 2, (Serious Engine 2.)

Does anyone mind telling me how the Conversion process works, what tools and software would I need, and if it is at all possible?

Thank you for you time,

All I know is that you can import the Serious Sam 1 Models into Milkshape but to make them compatible with Serious Sam 2 then I don't know. (Also, I think that this is in the wrong section)

Well, Maniac, I wish I new too. I am working and studying on how this can be done.
