Default Adding physics to a model?

I'd like to know if it's possible to add physics to a model, for instance, I want Zoey's ponytail to react to physics, so when she runs her ponytail moves too.

Is there any way I can add physics to a specific part of the model, or am I gonna have to reanimate the whole thing?

It's possible, but the game is obviously not meant to do it.

In your case, just putting physics on a single part (without collision) *might* look okay, but it will not move naturally at all. Also, it'll add a tiny bit of extra weight to the character, meaning she won't jump as high as she should.
