How to install classic version of SS2?
Hi, I bought SS2 years ago when it was a stand alone game available on Direct to Drive. I wanted to install it again on my son's PC so he could play it but it's no longer available to download on the D2D site. It only gives me a serial number which of course Steam does not recognize. Any ideas?

The only advice I can give you is, if you bought the game at Direct2Drive and you can't download it anymore it's time to contact D2D support about this problem. Keep us updated.

Yes, contact D2D and ask them to either re-enable the download or give you a working Steam key.
