Default +gameoptions

Hi, I wrote "C:\...\SamHD_TSE_DedicatedServer.exe" +gameoptions "Content/SeriousSamHD/Config/deathmatch.cfg"

and I created that file in that path, and it contains:

but it doesn't appear on the server list, and it sets the server port on 27015, but the map and the rest works.

Use +exec, not +gameoptions.

Again, for future problems with the dedicated server, post the .log file. (Not the .log.all, nobody cares about that )

With the +exec parameter, the server won't open. It stays opened for 1 second, and then the window closes.

What does the log say when you use +exec?

If it's nothing and the same as a previously ran session, run it through cmd so you can actually read the stdout.

You should probably use +port for the port then
