i have idea... maybe we should be able to use cheats, BUT if we use just single cheat while playing, we will not be able to gain achievements or take part in leaderboards in this session, what do you think?

no worry so far i will use it only in TFE because im still finishing TSE without cheats :p (playing on normal) but still thanks a lot, i will have fun with new guns

type in "/cht" and press tab to print all matching commands to the console, you can see all of the cheats that way

Personally I like the old school look. It also runs much faster afaik.

I can confirm that cheats doesn't work on survival.

I have a couple of suggestions. Change the default shadow cluster size for SED from 2m to 0.5m. Also, make the primitive always rotate around its center. Also, add a button switch that resizes all editor models (triggers, enemy spawners etc) by factor of 0.1 and back to normal, it's crucial for narrow situation, and there's only such an option for light, which is an entity property, not a built-in editor feature.

Because I'm tired of setting the cluster size manually, it's the same repetitive action, and for Serious Sam maps 0.5m seems to be most frequent choice. 2m is a standard for 2001 when computers were weaker.

If you don't understand, I'm talking about new primitives in SED, not about changing existent maps.

Slaww, lol...wth If you're not doing shadow flags on nearly every polygon and are too lazy to Q, lmb, lmb, lmb....then please stop mapping.
ffs, I thought I was bitchy complaining about Shadow UV in SS2+...
Brush Origins can be changed with adding a world base entity to a brush. If you didn't know that, then stop mapping.

I think the only editor entity that could use Render As Small is the PlayerStart and WatchPlayers.
If you can't swap back and forth between num9 and num6....well you get the idea...

wait obviously you dont, so...just stop mapping.


ffs, these features you requested are useless if you're proficient. Angelo must be more concerned with things like network stability before being bothered with such frivolous things.

But no one is better than mapping than SLAwww. While I agree that it's about time that Angelo fix the 29 ping hoax thing (and recently I've seen multiple servers leading to the same game) that doesn't mean these small things should be ignored too.

Because it
1) resets all primitive vertices to default positions;

How about borrow some secondary fire off the Serious Violence mod for the flamethrower (napalm launcher).

Perhaps maybe add and use portable medkits and the Serious Haste and Golden Colt power-ups from there too.

- Ragdolls. PLEASE.
- DLC Campaigns
- Ability to choose between using SS3 weapons, SSHD weapons and SS2 weapons
- 'Rats'-styled maps (BTBA2 maps mostly)
- FOV slider (yes i know you can change the fovs ingame, but make a slider pls)
