Ok, I will see what can I do.
But it will take some time.

Also, is it possible to export uv maps into a tga or jpg file, so that I can import it into photoshop to make a texture for a model?

Ok, I find one way to export uv map; it's not the best, but it works. Press 8 on your keyboard, then press "PrintScreen" button, open Photoshop and paste it. now you have to crop out/cut out the uvmap area, but be carefull to be precize. You can then use this uvmap as a teplate to make a texture. You can then import this texture into Sed 2.0.

I have started to paint texture for my doors. This door will be a part of a model pack that I am going to release so people can use it in their maps. Obviously it's only a begining, so don't pay attention to area collored in white and so.

Whatcha thing so far?

It is very hard to know whether this door is nice or not unless you paint the door completey .

But I like the texture.

Some progress on my (not yet finished) doors. I need to paint more details on it, but I'm getting there. How do you like it so far?

Yeah looking rather nice, but somehow this block in the middle makes the fully opened door look a bit strange... how about retracting it into that upper left part of the door a bit while opening?

How about putting two doors next to each other, one infront of the other and the one that you see when the doors are closed goes faster than the one behind it?

Also the map have enemies in it!

Now, two improvements:

First the door (I am not talking about the texture here. Maybe the old comp didn't work well...), I think Shrinker said about the centre of the door needs some improvement:

Next, if you only need to spawn one item one time, then a spawn formation is not needed.

If there is no texture on it, you can still add it manually.
In the file I sent you, there are 2 textures:
Door1.tex
DoorFrame1.tex

When you select door and, go into mesh editor. Open Layer pallete.
For "DoorFrame(S-261) layer apply DoorFram1.tex,
other 2 layers uses Door1.tex.

Sorry about that. Also, one doors aren't displayed also. when you select that door entetity that aren't showing doors, just use Door1.mdl in a file I sent you.

I think you got the instructions all wrong.

"DoorFrame" layer => DoorFrame1.tex
"Door" layer => Door1.tex

em, the texture on the door iteself isn't correct, try othe 2 textures. look at my last screenshots for a reference.
