The textures seem oversized and the crumbs being pitch black; assuming that the terrain is missing either a Shadow UVmap, a probelight, or a baked lightmap oven; or all above.

I`ve just inforned that I am to NOT rebake the lights otherwise the lights or the map will break, I don`t remember which one, but I heard not to, and The stretched textures from the Arena was always like that, unless you`re talking about the Fireholders which I can definately can do.

Btw what does a Shadow UVmap do?

They make the models to not have screwed up shadows, or pitch black shadows and also, to not have pitch black crumbs. It is a most essential UVmap for every model.

nice to see someone is still working on sed 2,good job.I had problems with remaking doom and quake enemies here and after this i have started working on sed 3.5.Sam 2 looks way better without the original cartoony enemies.

Cartoony enemies? Which ones? Some Enemies of SS2 just looks like Fantasy Enemies looks.

Centaurs, Cerberus, Cyclop f.e. exists in Greece Mythology as example.

Why just make a Soldier out of a Fantasy/ Myth Enemy?

And Warhammer Sports games exists too, so why no Football Orc Player?

It seems that from what I heard from other mappers, my map doesn't really fit with these models and such, I don't know how to try and do so, I'm drawing blanks on how to make it look better and improve on it.

This makes me think that maybe a new plan for the Sam franchise would be that each new game is all about dealing with one of Mental's generals. And each general has their own armies, often completely different from each other, so much more variety each time.
