Your quality of work absolutely amazes me, especially considering how quickly you are able to churn things out. Even more so considering you only started using the editor a short time ago. There are many people (myself included) who have never made anything this good, even with many years of experience.

Just great maps. Nice aesthetics but also simplistic too. First map reminds me a lot of doom maps: small-medium areas, item pickups and enemy placements. I like how you redid the original maps and giving it a twist.

To be honest, great Serious Sam maps (or great maps in general) make use of verticality. Some Sam1 examples are Luxor, The Pit, Courtyards of Gilgamesh, Tower of Babel and The Citadel. However, you can't really fault Lazarus because less than 10% of the custom maps actually make proper use of it, and Lazarus' maps hold up very well without it.

It's definitely worth experimenting with, though.

Those arcs give more greek/medieval feeling and are not appropriate for this setting (in my opinion).

Well, you are right. Now I am looking at Babylonian architecture and I can't find any picture of archs. Earlier areas had them too, I will replace them somehow. Also it's a good idea to fill it with monsters. I was thinking about it too, but I mean filling it by adding entities.

Does it crash while editing? Does the editor shuts down when you start to see some specific polygons on the screen, like the very small ones? If so, try to select the polygon somehow without having it on screen (ctrl+a to select polygons in sector) and change the cluster size into a bigger one

That's a misunderstanding. Level didn't get corrupted or something. I just decided to make a new one because previous level was bad in my opinion. Well, this level look either bad. I think Babilon architecture is not for me.

I think those arcs are off somehow, too thin and they look like support for climbing plants. What i know is that in those areas they have pointed arcs mostly for door entrances and roofs.
