A competitive version of Survival w/ Deathmatch... That sounds interesting...

Will there be a new map for this chapter that seems to be added into the game?

Er, I meant a new loading screen, sort of like the map of Egypt, and the multi-area Second Encounter map... Heh heh...

Hmm, now THAT is a good idea. Only if I could make such a map loading screen for SSHD: Ex. There's a "Loading screen" field in the map nfo files, but that doesn't do anything....

The loading screens in bfe where pretty boring, but the classic one is king !
I agree with this.

No!

I just cannot wait to play this.
I started gathering some good looking classic maps on my Hard Drive, so I can play them when Revolution is out.

I have one idea yet. Made maps "before finish time" - so here isn't important how many kills enemies only finish map before time end. Play for a time.

Levels where you have to beat it as fast as possible and you aren't forced to kill enemies in order to proceed.

I.e. a time trial for running like a pussy.

Ah, like a gamemode? That actually sounds like fun to have a leaderboard with "Least time spent to finish the game".

Or second type play on time "rat race". F e. You play with friend the same map but separately and who first finish game - win.

I back to first my idea. You must finish map f.e. before 5 min. If you finish before - play next map, if not - you dead. Like a standard Mario Bros

A couple of new things that I noticed yesterday while playing public coop and I think need fixing:

*In Valley of the Kings, in the room with the ankn key on a high pillar just after the highlander fight, you can rocket-jump outside of the map and then just fly over to the end. An invisible ceiling should do it.

*In Oasis, the first indoors room, you can hide beside the statue and the kleer skeletons can't reach you, so you can easily deal with them. Maybe moving the walls on the side a little bit closer to the statue so that you can't reach there is a good idea.

*I think I already said that, but on Valley of the Jaguar, the invulnerability powerup on a ledge that you shoot with the rocket launcher, is actually the missing secret, and seeing the trigger right next to it, it was supposed to be a secret serious damage. Changing it to a serious damage and connecting the trigger to it is all it needs.

@GOG you forget about Dunes, Suburbs Metropolis, Alley of Sphinx, Karnak, Luxor and Great Piramide. I think similar will be in maps from SE. Better will be make every walls which easy game as "death walls". "Death walls" - if You touch, you die. Or turn off rocket jump. But as usual you don't agree with my ideas

A better idea would be to do it like Parse Error and have teleports as a server side option that bring players back to the play area if they try to escape via RJ.

@VV yeah i think this methode is good, BUT this methode also easy to play. F.e. final arena in Metropolis, fight with warebulls. You stay under wall and wait for coming warebulls, come 10-20 and you try to teleport in middle arena and after teleport you run away from warebulls, you can easy kill them. So I still think "death walls" could be better suggest.

Aha and I remember about problem with server connect to Great Piramide and Cathedral. If I want play those maps I must play previous maps. So please fix those problem.

As a rocket jumper, I think I'll be sticking with the original games for my main co-op if you're going to be adding these.

You can make contless numbers of teleports and can place the spawn markers nearby.
