Cool SS weapons for Gmod

I hope there isn't already a thread about this. There is mod on steamworkshop for Gmod that adds TFE weapons to it. Imo preety cool idea. You can test Serious Sam weapons against HL2 enemies for example.

Too bad he's not going to use XBox models since HD models won't work properly. Also, upset didn't add weapons from TSE especially the problem will be the Serious Bomb. It's a nice Workshop though. I subscribed from it. I hope he'll do Serious Sam 3 BFE weapons too.

HD models and XBOX models are completely different, there are sources from where he can get the XBOX models (some threads in this forum has a link to them for example), while HD models are inaccessible and ripping them requires a lot of work.

It is a weapon already, if it was a power-up item it'd be used instantly after you pick it, anyway we shouldn't derail the thread.

Weapons are pretty nice, love them :p

I know that it is a weapon, but has no viewmodel (that's my specific meaning of how it is being a powerup weapon only in the game. Everyone has a different taste how the Serious Bomb is in the Classics...)

They are good, but animations need to be 100% the same to Serious Sam (yeah, must be the ripping off the models that screw up the animation), and add those weapons from Second Encounter too. FYI: The Rocket Launcher's firing animation reminded me of how it fires in Serious Sam HD.

I hope you're not pissing me off because I always feel everything. Don't want to post an example.........

They can't be 100% the same, I'm pretty sure the fact Source Engine and Serious Engine are different have something to do with that.

I remember someone mentioning in Serious Sam 1 there are no bones (unlike Source games, all models have skeletons) so that means the animations are the models themselves, while in Source all models have skeletons, so that's a plus on why animations can't be 100% the same, reanimations are pretty accurate though.
