Discy's got ignored as well.

Add this in then, since I don't see anything like it on the list yet:

[SS:HD] Will the levels be changed anyhow, are there any neat gameplay additions so old players won't feel too familiar with what they're seeing?

No offense, but you posted 2 questions, of which one was if there'd be improved physics in SSHD - specifically if there'd be ragdoll. Considering that ragdoll was already implemented in SE2 and could be turned on in SS2, i'd say that question is already answered.

As for your other question, it's on the list.

As jasser said, ragdoll is already in seg2, and since seg3 is build uppon it, i find it only logical that it would remain in ss3 aswell.

And even improved over the implementation in SE2.

Just out of curiousity i tested out the ragdoll physics using the console commands because from memory only one unit had ragdoll (albino death).

I can see why they didnt use it to its full extent, it was terrible

When something doesn't work right, the normal approach is to improve it, not just throw it in the trash. If everyone went that path computers and software wouldn't make any progress.

I'd rather have gibs flying everywhere instead of ragdoll physics.

I'd rather have both, based on how you kill your enemy. A simple division would be to have weapons that use bullets cause ragdoll and weapons that use explosives cause gibbing. Ofcourse there are better ways to divide it, but they also take more work.

Edit: In all honestly though, ragdoll is only fun if you're shooting things off of something - like shooting an enemy down some stairs, or down from a platform.

I'd just love to take out witch harpies and see their dead bodies fall down great heights and make a nasty splatter-like sound when they hit the ground. Same goes for reptiloids or other bad guys that stand still high up trying to snipe you.

My question got ignored too, which is a shame because I thought it was a good one. Mouse/keyboard and controller really do feel completely different from each other, and enemy patterns designed for the responsiveness of the mouse will overwhelm a gamepad player.

I wonder...

If Serious Sam III takes place partly or entirely on other planets, are they all Earth-like?

Since I heard that Serious Sam III is more series than Serious Sam III, does Serious Sam III goes all the way and uses Fallout brown color scheme?

Sorry, my bad. I collected the questions from the thread and missed yours. So anyway, your question is whether enemy patterns will be different on XBLA and PC, or did i get it wrong?

Nope, that's exactly it, thanks. Different controllers, so different enemy patterns tuned to the strengths of each?

...after which you realized the post doesn't have enough typos to be my post, eh?

Also, may i just suggest that you guys give some color to the part of the post that is actually a question? This way it will be easier to spot it.
But don't color the whole post, just the part that is actually a question.

I'm still not seeing this on the list, or Discy's question:

Weird since it's like the most obvious thing to ask.

My answer is that they'll probably do what valve did for Left 4 Dead; make the enemies come from the front a little more.

P.S.: In case you were wondering, yes i have the 360 version. There's no change in the number of zombies coming after you, just the direction.

Well, bright, but serious has got an example already - Mirror's Edge.

and even without ragdoll, Harpy deaths can be quite funny.
If you ever played Will Rock, you'll know that when Harpies hit the ground a blood splatter shows up under them, feathers puff up from them and you hear a sickening thud/splat.

I was thinking that too. Well actually I was going to suggest it.
It also means that CroTeam can spot them if they decide to take a look before Zocky has a chance to update.

[SS:HD] Is max players still stick to 16 at pc?
[SS:HD] Will there be any new gameplay modes like TeamDeathMatch, Instagib and so on?
[SS:HD] How much gameplay has changed? Will it still work good for DeathMatch, like in original FE&SE?
[SS:HD] Is there gonna be new DeathMatch maps?

[SS:HD] Will fragmatch still be so crazy as it was in SSSE, not boring like in SS2 (i'm talking about running speed, jumping, navigation/gravity specifics while you're in the air)

[SS3] How fast does Sam run in Serious Sam III? How fast are most of the enemy projectiles?

Oh yeah, one fairly important question still:

[SS:HD] Will Serious Editor 3 be packaged with the game or will it be bundled with a patch? If not, will there be a public beta of the editor so fans can get a look at it and give feedback?
