Default Workshop packages?

I found in the Extra menu the "Workshop packages" option, with Enable all and Disable all. But there isn't the Steam Workshop on SSHD. So what's the target of this function?

There is a workshop for SSHD, in beta right now. It was supposed to be released for quite a while now, but there were the most random problems, and will be released soon hopefully.

Ok thanks, but why you don't do an integration with Steam Workshop instead of a closed Workshop only for SSHD?

As I said, it's not "closed", it is a Steam Workshop still in beta and it should be released, but wasn't yet due to problems. It will be available to everyone as soon as the problems are no more.

Ok, thanks. Excuse me but I'm not English and I seen "There is a Workshop for SSHD", so I thinked that it won't be on Steam.

Also when I enable something in the workshop packages and I restart the game as "Play Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter" it launches the moddable version.
