Default [Direct 3D] Device was lost and cannot be reset due to internal error

When i try to change settings like enable v-sync or change performances the game crashes and show this error message :

[Direct 3D] Device was lost and cannot be reset due to internal error.

I'm on a laptop intel 6 gb ram , video card: Intel HD Graphics 5500
I also tried to download the last driver but nothig happened.

First, go to your Sam install dir, then Log and post the content of SamHD_TFE.log\SamHD_TSE.log (or the file itself).

Second, in the installation folder is a folder called Redist. Run vcredist_sp1_x86.exe and then DirectX\DXSETUP.exe files (both as admin), and then try the game again. If that fails, go to your Steam library, the properties of Serious Sam HD and in the local files tab select 'verify integrity of game cache' and let it run. Good luck.

I've tried the second option but it gives me the same error message.
