Default how to set a rotating axis?

move the brush to the position you want it to go to.
press D to drop a marker (make sure the brush is still highlighted)
move the brush to the closed position.
Press D.

now select the open position marker and set the wait time to 3secs or something if you want ti to close automatically.
now select the closed position marker, set the wait time to 0 and set it to Stop Moving.
Select the door and set "Move on Touch" to yes.
test it.
It should now open for three seconds when you run into it.

Your axis will rotate around the position of the placement of the original Moving Brush Entity. So before you create the actual CSG itself, make sure you have that placed where you would like it to rotate.

Then once the CSG is created you do it basically as AJ said, drop a marker, then use Ctrl-Left Mouse-Right Mouse to rotate the brush to where you want it to stop, then drop another marker. Voila, a rotating moving brush

yeah with my solution it dosn't matter where the actual origin is, just where it appears to be.
