Anyway, back to the main topic, Serious Sam.

Here is the new "skybox" aka background in the first map. It have been changed for optimization reasons, the old terrain into the background had too many polygons. That's how the new one looks like !

For curious people, that's the selected skybox or background in the editor, you can see it has not more than 100 polygons, the old one had 2000 polygons !

Hello everyone, so I'm finally back to the topic, those drawings were just some arts I like to do off Serious Sam stuff, yet, in my Campaign Project (UZE), first of all, I'm about to change the name of the first map of the serie, which was previously called Persian Labyrinth, but to my mind, it doesn't fit well, I'll be thinking later or at end of map's creation to change it... I also need time to find a well-fitting level name. - here down some other informations with screenshots, following.
Otherwise, I'm changing Datas of the map, and progressing too, level isn't completely done, yet, anyway I found that datas were outdated and obselete, decided to update them with right screens in the 100% done places, messages content for informations & backgrounds will be changed too, with an improved story, also, I'm not sure you all tested the Alpha version which is really poor in everything... So you might not see changes of the work in progress improvements I am doing, however, I'm glad you guys are following my personnal project, I'm having fun doing this. Of course, I won't close this message now, there is the data background message in the start of level bellow.

Some work in progress, here was a scrapped room with moving stairs which I removed, because, was not good for a level beggining.

EDIT: I had some questions about the release date of my project (UZE). The answer is, I don't know, for optimisations and other reasons, second level will be completely rebuilt, about the third one, the level will keeps his bases, but will be rebuilt too, lots of improvements will be done, so in previous screenshots you saw, there'll be a lot of changes, but the moment, it is just planned, nothing was started, firstly I will finish at 100% the first level of the serie, and principal imporvements will be done in other levels, I know, I do a lot of things in the same time. The last level will contain a cinematic, and will take some time to make it well without any fail. Thanks for reading.

So, here are some screenies of work in progress, nothing really new except that the other name has already been choosen from now, Persian Labyrinth was a bit crappy as name to my mind. I won't reveal it now because you may be confused.
Name'll be released at the beta-release of the map.

Anyway, compared to the beta, map will be longer and will change a lot. Later, when I'll have some screens to show, I will of course release 'em.

Thank you! But something is eating me for the release. I know it'd be long if I don't release the pack now, but it is not finished, the only finished level is the first one, if I release it, that'd be short to play, but if I don't release it now, that will be long to release. I don't know which way to take.

Okay, but I didn't want to make you wait like that. I just want to release a ****ing trailer which is already done, but the conversion doesn't want to work, that's pissing me off, I don't know what to do, seriously !

EDIT: Good, I made it working, now it seems to be fine, tomorrow I have more time I'll release it.

Also I wanted to do a test, making a vehicule with serious editor 1, maybe I will use it for my space coop maps if it doesn't lag or probably in my upcoming templates pack...

So, yeah. Long time I've not been posting DM maps here, also I didn't want to post a map I created long time ago but didn't release it because of lags when watching the big building, in the next versions, it will be less and less laggy but I must find a way to fix those lags, for the moment I don't have much experience in omptization, there are too much polygons in a single view, acutally, the rest of the map runs perfeclty but when watching middle, ouch! So I'll be forced to make more visibily bits function & stuff, but I souldn't abuse of LOD because that's not always good...

Anyway, I created this map on 28/02/2013 -
Now releasing it (09/05/2013) - v1
EDIT: Update 101a - Fixed haze not working (Added haze, acutally )
EDIT: Update 101b - Fixed level not appearing in gamelist - new link available
