Default SeriousTime's Maps

Serious Sam HD: TSE

1- Serpana Chambers - Singleplayer/Cooperative
2- Aludran's Caught [WIP] - Singleplayer/Cooperative

Summary:

1- Serpana Chambers: Originally a map for classic TSE game, this map is the first one to be released for HD. I exported the polygens from the old map using SED1 and transported them to SED3 with the exception of few ones. I uploaded screenshots from both games for comparison:

2- Aludran's Caught: This will be the 2nd level in the previous campaign. This one was also originally built for classic. So I got the first part of the level exported, but will continue building using SED3. Screenshots:

I recommend you guys to try his conversion of Serpana Chambers, is quite a good map.

Not only because it is HD, you can make really crappy things with SED 3 but make awesome things with SED and vis versa.
I think SED1 has more freedom for mapping creativity than SSHD, because you see more never-seen levels and stuff in SED1, imo, altho the trigger system is also nice and you can make lots of things. But in SSHD, the modeling creativity is easier than SSC.
Also I have a question? Have you ever used Serious Editor 1?

Yes, I had. I made lots of levels with it (including Serpana Chambers). I also used it to make TFE levels, though I lost the files. I stopped making maps for classics because I saw how the Seriously! community lost interest with these and moved to Serious Engine 3, so I switched to SED3. It turns out that I was wrong though, there still seems to be some activity around classics.

Well I know that S! community is really into Serious Engines 3 and 3.5 but it's nice you've made maps for classics though. That'd be nice to keep the poor number of classic mappers. Anyway I'm a classic supporter, and if you go mapping again for classic (I don't force you ), you'll have my greatest welcome.

By the way, cool job there. I wish you could make maps for classics and then import them for HD. That'd be nice. I really love this, but do what the best is. I won't force you.
