Steam client needed for Sam HD TSE?
Hello everyone. I downloaded Serious Sam HD TFE and TSE to my dedicated server using SteamCMD to my dedicated server. The Steam client is not installed. TSE launches with no issues but TFE opens to a black screen with no text. After around 10 seconds, the window closes. I've validated the download several times with no luck.
Am I forced to install and run a steam client in the background even for dedicated server? If so, why bother making a download available through SteamCMD?
Thanks in advance.

Extract these files next to the dedicated server exe (overwrite if needed):
https://4o4.nl/DediRedist.zip (Files taken directly from the Steamworks SDK Redist app on Steam)
I'm a cat by the way. I'm also everyone's most hated critic. Imposter syndrome.
