the joke is that you can't add that DLC to the game
just gets a message, "Sorry, we could not add that DLC"
and no, it does not update with it

Yes, there was a bug with it, but it's been fixed. And man, it is brilliant.

This DLC offers perhaps the best replayability ever. I really want to play through the entire game again, just so I can experience all the new voice overs. I guess I could just cheat and load up all the sound files in the directory, but that wouldn't quite be the same

The voice is hilarious. And you should hear what Sam says when you reach the top of the tower. It's a nice thing to hear for SS fans.

^ I loaded it up and went up the tower just to see what it was like. It seems like it's Sam in a serious voice, but still making jokes in a serious tone. It was pretty nice. Definitely want to play through with Sam's voice.

Welp, I managed to complete all three endings with the new voicepack, it was great fun I think this is my fourth or fifth time playing through the entire game... managed to do it all in under 6 hours, so I was pretty impressed by that, lol.

Anyway, this was a wonderful treat! Especially loved the voiceover that goes on during the Messenger ending cutscene. Or when John Dick goes into a sort of monologue about his real life living in a basement

I just hope that folks use this as a second playthrough experience and that nobody is foolish enough to choose this over the far better Elohim experience.

I did a quick playthrough with cheats in like an hour, but even with that, it was possible to get most of the Sam talks, and yeah, I personally think Talos is now the funniest Serious Sam game.

I actually like that Sam actually starts talking about thought-provoking things, though more modern ones about escapism.

(Also, the thread title always reminds me of that free the marmot bs. )

Also checked it out once, I had to laugh so much just when he starts talking about stuff. So far the best ones for were when he talked about playing Serious Sam and telling me I know how to walk now.

Also lol.
