Hello!
I need help with making doors work. I make the door and put trigger but they won't move when I go near that door. Can anyone help?

Without more information, there could be several issues.

You may be mislead by the name Trigger. It isn't a proximity detector as you might assume. You need to make a touchfield brush entity and set it's activation target to the door.

The door needs to be a moving brush which targets two (or more) linked moving brush target (I believe this is the correct name) entities

You may have set an incorrect trigger type on the trigger.

If you've followed the first room tutorial you know how touch fields and the trigger system work. You need to use a touch field to target a trigger, and the trigger has to target both door parts. Let us know if you need more help.

Also if you want have opened doors without touchfield or item for triggering, you can put door controller.
